Located in the Historic Downtown Main Street District...

This building was built in 1919 and was one of the first buildings on Main Street. It has been the home to the Masonic Lodge #469 for over 100 years

This was the first home of Yorba Linda City Hall when it was incorporated in 1967.

In 1984 the building was raised and a new foundation was poured, additional event space was added along with a new kitchen and elevator.

Finally in 2016 Hall 469 was fully renovated into this beautiful space ready to host many memorable events,

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes, we offer discounts to Military, First Responders and community groups. (Make a request)

HOW MANY HOURS ARE INCLUDED IN A RENTAL?

Six hours are included and each additional hour will have a charge.

ARE TABLES AND CHAIRS INCLUDED?

Yes, they are included.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?

Any alcohol on the premises requires a event permit. (Please ask host)

WHAT DAYS ARE AVAILABLE?

WHERE IS PARKING ACCESS?

We have a small parking lot, an adjacent city lot, parking at the bank after hours and the Town Center parking structure.

DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE VENDORS?

Yes, we allow outside services. Alcohol requires a license. Food can be setup outside. No bounce houses or tents without proper insurance.
